In the skin template file for the page (pub/oa/skins/web-oa/web-oa.tmpl),
change the line that reads

    <title>$WikiTitle | $Groupspaced / $Title $Action</title>

to instead read

    <title>$WikiTitle | $Groupspaced / $Title</title>
