- save page to original location [Publish]
is unambiguous
Let's consider editing always as a work with the draft - the editor
can always change his mind and to throw it under the table
- save page as -Draft [Save this draft]
My vote is for
- save page to original location [Publish]
- save page as -Draft [Save this draft]
- save and keep editing [Publish and edit]
- preview [Preview]
- cancel editing [Cancel]
