Absolutely correct, on all counts.  For my part, I'm just looking at
it from PmWikiPhilosophy #3, which says to avoid adding a feature
until there's a substantial need for it.  So, I'd aim for "cookbook
recipe" for now, or add it as a PITS proposal and we'll see who votes.  :-)
