[pmwiki-users] Notification of Image/Link Added to Page?

I'm keen to maintain administration of images being added to my wiki so 
at the moment I am having to authorise each external link individually. 
Is there a recipe that will email me when someone adds an image/external 
link to their page that requires my authorising? Or perhaps an 
alternative work-around to this.
