I appreciate the new cookbook sidebar!

But there are  a few problems:

I find the table display hard to read:
The page links on the left are in the middle of the cell, and perhaps
are better at each cell's top. And each row needs some divider,
perhaps a grey 1px border for each row top.
Can this be done with wiki styles or css?

Also I noticed the Forms link on the sidebar goes to the Input page,
not a RecipeList for forms.

Thanks for reorganising the SideBar !
