[pmwiki-users] Headers are not sending charset !

right. I only wanted to clarify that pmwiki.org _does_ send the 
correct encoding information.

BTW: it does also for http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWikiTr/PmWikiTr. 
Didn't check other languages or pages.
