[pmwiki-users] trouble with pmfeed

Hi,
I have used pmfeed with great success on PmWiki installations on two 
separate servers so far. However, when I attempted to set it up on a 
third server I got the following error msg:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function utf8_decode() in 
/var/www/html/pmwiki2/cookbook/pmfeed.php on line 526

Has anyone else encountered this problem and know of a fix?
