If you are asking the simpler question of how do the individual
profiles pages get created, the answer is they don't.  They must be
created like any other wiki page.

If you are interested in using the ZAP login system however, profile
pages are created whever a person creates a new account, and they can
be populated with any profile data you wish, and displayed how you
want (using groupheaders/footers).  This data is then also available
anywhere else in the site you desire, for whatever customization
options you want.
