That's tricky in that I would answer: "among the most used editing commands".
That would not do because the markup is not enabled by default.

In the Cookbook: that's a reasonable to me.

And, while the thing is performing a HardPageBreak, I would preferably
keep %hardpagebreak% as a suggested markup.
