[pmwiki-users] subscribing for Site/NotifyList via a text form

Hi list,

how can I provide a form that allows the reader to subscribe to the 
Site/NotifyList. I guess, I somehow need to use the adddeleteline2 
cookbook, but I do not have any idea how this could be done.
