And a supplementary question of my own: I have a minor problem with this
in that when the user-agent has javascript disabled, the text is always
concealed.

Does anyone know how I'd modify this recipe so that when javascript is
enabled, only the headers are displayed, expanding when the [+] is
clicked, but all the text is displayed when javascript is off?
