Assuming you are talking about turning on wikiwords, such "link words"
have to use mixed case, like "HealthPage" to be recognized as a
wikiword.....

I have turned on the option in my config.php file to do wiki page links,
but I thought that would automatically link one word like "health" in
one page to the main "health" page.  Probably I'm mistaken, so what does
that option do? 

And is there a way to automate links?

I'm getting good content and response on my site so far, so I want to
keep up with 'em!
