You have probably manually changed the $UploadUrlFmt variable and it is not 
correct. Notice that even the Attach: and (:attachlist:) commands don't 
properly link to your uploaded files.

Thumblist uses the internal to PmWiki path locations, so when PmWiki 
cannot "see" a file or link to it, chances are that Thumblist is also unable 
to do it.
