[pmwiki-users] Create New Page Form

I would like to put a small form on the "home page" of a group

e.g. Project.Project

which is a simple, single  input field, that the user fills in, then
clicks button "Submit" (or "Create") and a new page in the group is
generated, taking him to the edit window since it does not exist  yet.

the  UI would  look like this:

Create New Project Page:

e.g. we are on this group home page

Slideshows.Slideshows

Create New Project Page:
____________________

and the action triggers:

where the  user can then create his new page...

How can we do this? -- I think I could manage this with ZAP jump+ but
I would like to see how others may do it with standard PMwiki markup.
