[pmwiki-users] how do I stop pages being replaced with an empty (all spaces) page?

I'm following http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/Security#wikivandalism

My Blocklist page actually is :
block: /^\s*$/ 
block:spam.com 

But it doesn't prevent anybody to delete the content of the page.
