The service I use is http://www.browsercam.com/ .  It can be
expensive for individuals ($60/month), which is why it's a 
good idea to do it as a group (which ends up costing each person
$25/year).

Groups often form at fundable.org -- in fact, Fundable has
a special browsercam page at http://www.fundable.org/browsercam  
that lists any BrowserCam groups that are currently forming.
(Fundable also takes care of safely collecting the money so
that nobody gets cheated.)
