Of course, as it stand now, you need to include a name.  Both options
require it.  But I envision being able to turn the slash link formats
on or off, and that either one will be accepted in a url.

The whole reason Pm has been holding off on developing a hierarchical
groups recipe is there is no way to make the same link both a group
and a name.  Maybe he thinks a solution will come one, but I'm not
sure there can be a solution to this problem.  So I figured I'd take
Hg as far as is currently possible towards the ideal...

I've been sketching this out some, and I think it will be really nice...
