[pmwiki-users] How to transfer pmwiki to a new server?

I'm far from an expert but, as I assume that you are working with a
copy of your data, I suggest:
a) have you tried and delete your .flock file?
b) have you tried and reinstall (as opposed to transfer) a fresh
pmwiki? In case it works you can later "pour" all the wiki.d files in,
and start adding config.php customizations one after the other, step
by step.
