[pmwiki-users] new UploadsMarkup recipe

Hello pmwiki users,

I have taken some hours to implement the markup "Uploads:" that was once
the resulting idea of a discussion about limitation of the "Attach:"
markup, see

With this it is now easily possible to reference uploaded files in
different pages (other than the one where the markup is located), using
both a relative or absolute way of addressing. Like:

  Uploads:../MyOtherPage/myfile.txt
  Uploads:../../MyOtherGroup/MyOtherPage/myfile.txt
  Uploads:/MyOtherGroup/MyOtherPage/myfile.txt

for example when using page-wise storaging.

This should come in quite handy if one has a very structured group
organization. In principle also deeper subdirectories can be addressed.
