[pmwiki-users] can't find the css

What does the HTML source look like (specifically the lines that
include the CSS file(s))? I'm assuming you're using a standard skin
(e.g. PmWiki). If so, perhaps the $SkinDirUrl (I've probably
mis-remembered the name) isn't working for you. Are you able to view
the CSS file without using PmWiki? That is can you type something like
"http://127.0.0.1/pub/css/example.css" and pick up the CSS?
