[pmwiki-users] Outline\List sequence question

I have an outline with the following items <below>. All is fine until, 
in this case, I insert a table in a Fourth level. The Fourth and Third 
level sequence items below that table are reset to the beginning again 
as 'A' and then '1'.

How do you add say any other blank lines, tables, paragraphs etc that 
have a LF between a level with out resetting the list sequences below 
that insertion?

** Second-level
### Third level
### Third level
**** %ALPHA% Fourth level
**** %ALPHA% Fourth level
***** level Fifth level
***** level Fifth level
**** %ALPHA% Fourth level
