yes it was using $PageUrl, but with a page url having ?action=xxx set
it could not do pageurl?action=xxx&action=new.
so now it uses the script url, which should not have a ?action=xxx in
the browser bar. Unless you go to the trouble to type in ?action=xxx
when on the home page without displaying the Group/PageName part.
(http://example.com/wiki/?action=xxx) Not very likely to happen.
