[pmwiki-users] Print skin override

Another associated issue is that even when using the standard print skin, the ?action=print is lost on links that point to the current page. Thus if I'm on Main.HomePage, and there is a link to Main.HomePage it will not have the action suffix; all other links will have the suffix.
