[pmwiki-users] Default content of empty page

Hi,

is it possible to somehow set the default content of a newly created
page? On the PmWiki Cookbook, this is implemented - if one enters a new
recipe, a lot of default text is already entered. I'd also like to have
something like that - how can this be achieved?
