Hmm, I hadn't really seen "membership management" needs
expressed quite as succinctly and elegantly as this.  Well put.

I'll have to think about it all a bit more.  This really
points out how membership management ties directly with
PmWiki goals, whereas I had missed this particular connection
before.  It also shows why we really ought to have a good
comprehensive membership management system that integrates 
well with PmWiki; either as part of the core or as a
well-maintained recipe that is maintained along with the core.
