I don't know if the delete recipe does this.  You might check the  
cookbook. (plug-ins and hacks)

 From the basic PmWiki install -- no.

If you have access to the server, yes, but the pages will still show  
up on AllRecentChanges.

If you go on the server to the wiki.d directory (or wikilib.d if it's  
part of the PmWiki basic install, such as the PmWiki group), you can  
delete all the pages starting with the group name you're looking to  
get rid of.

Example:
PmWiki.PmWiki
