Go to your Profiles page.  Write:

!!These are the pages I'm watching
* [[link]]
* [[link]]
* [[link]]

then go to the Site.NotifyList page.

You probably know the wiki password is "quick".

Add your name to the list inside the if false :)

It will notify you when anything in your Profiles page wikitrail is  
updated -- give or take a short period of time if you don't change  
the options.
