You have uploads set to organize files on a per-group
basis, so PmWiki is creating a directory for the 'Main'
group where it can hold the files being uploaded.

If you want the uploads organized on a per-page or
sitewide basis, see $UploadPrefixFmt and the Cookbook.UploadGroups
page.
