[pmwiki-users] new div skin - notebook-nt

Hi JB,
Naming of new div skin has nothing to do with notebooks in particular but  
relates to my earliar skins http://insteps.net/notebook2/channel.php that 
were adaptation of default pmwiki skin.

NT I checked and hopefully not registered
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NT.

NT here in notebook-nt means "No Table" ;-)

I would not have any problem when after testing pm decides to give another 
name. notebook2-nt would then be an adaptation of then say 
"pmwikidivskin". :-)
