In the scripts/blocklist.php code it refers to:
{$SiteGroup}.Blocklist-Farm
It is supposed to be an automatically downloaded
blocklist? Will the local wiki be able to find
it in the $FarmD/wiki.d? Is it supposed to be
a shared page in the $FarmD/shared.d? Should it
go into the $FarmD/wikilib.d?
How is this intended to be used?
