Yes.  Create a page called Site.LocalTemplates, and put the following
markup in the page:

    [[#titlespaced]]
    * [[{=$FullName}|{=$Titlespaced}]]
    [[#titlespacedend]]


Then you can use the following pagelist directive:

    (:pagelist fmt=#titlespaced:)
