If you are using Cookbook.ImageMap to have a clickable map of multiple
targets, then you cannot resize the image map image with a width=
style setting. Well you could resize the image, but your image map
definitions are using exact pixel coordinates to define the target
areas, so a resized image does not make any sense. You have to define
target areas using an image editor to get the exact pixel coordinates,
and then use that image without changing its size. If you need it
smaller, resize it first in the image editor, then work out your click
targets pixel coordinates.
