OK,

Had a look at the doco and read the custom markup
page.

Markup($name, $when, $pattern, $replace);

However, I've had a play with PM's suggested change
and it's still not behaving as I want it to.  It's
still displaying missing icon images.  I've not
created .gif and .jpg icons as all I want to show in
those cases is the image itself.

This is my current version...

Markup('attachicon',
'inline','/Attach:(.*?)\\.(\\w{1,4})/',
'http://localhost/wiki10nov/pub/icons/$2.png $0');
