yes, you have to remember with relative page variables, that they
always point to the "actual" page they are in, so {$Name} in  SideBar
means "SideBar". To point to the "real" page they appear in use the *
before the var name. This is also true if you use (:include PageName:).

I still keep finding links with missing * .....
