Can you tell me what version of PmWiki you are using?  UpdatePage was
only introduced in one of the latest betas.  Now that I think about
it, that is probably the problem.

Everything else looks good as far as I can see.  The form is fine.
Unless you reset ZAPauth[forms], it will not work for users who are
not logged in properly.  As for the config file, it only really needs
to have zap enabled.
