[pmwiki-users] PageRank recipe doesn't work

Hello i followed the instructions for implementing the recipe. And the stars are displayed in the Footer of my page. But trying to vote i get an error 404 -page can't be found. 

&action=PRS_ratings&vote=2 is appended to the URL and obviously there seems to be something wrong.

Any ideas?
