[pmwiki-users] Upload question

I am trying to upload one of my free software zip file from my website 
so I can let people download it.

The problem is that my ISP has a size limit defined in their php.ini 
that disallows me to upload this 2,724,623KB zip file. They have no size 
limit using FTP.

My question: If I FTP a file to my website and move it to the 
uploads\site directory. How can I enable people to download it without 
initial using pmWiki update functionality?
