Actually, so far all that you've described sounds correct to me. When you 
save changes, C-c C-c, any error messages are supposed to be left in the 
buffer *HTTP POST ...*. If that buffer is essentialy empty, there were no 
error messages.

Do you think that the message "Any output is in.." is misleading, and that 
it should be changed to say something more descriptive?

Or do you have a problem since the the page isn't changed on the wiki site 
after you've "saved" it?

If you do have a problem modifying a page, can you give me an URI so that 
I can test modifying a page?
