[pmwiki-users] IP Address shown in commentboxstyled.php?

I've tried changing the appropriate line in the script to:

   SDV($MPDateTimeFmt,"(:nl:)>>messagehead<<\n!!!!!\$Author  &mdash;
(\$LastModifiedHost) &mdash; [-\$Date, \$Time-] \n");

but it doesn't show the IP address ... how would I use that variable to
insert the IP address with the author name and date/time?
