[pmwiki-users] only show blank page after installation

The other thing to look at is what you did to local/config.php --
leaving off semicolons at the end of lines, for example, can produce
errors that show up only in httpd logs (on my server in
/var/log/httpd/error_log) and lead to php giving up and producing a
blank page.
