[pmwiki-users] Problem with attr permissions and page delete function

Experiencing a problem with permissions I believe.  I have CMSlike installed, along with the ?action=delete markup.  In one group, I have a non-admin user set up with permission to attr the group(which also gives him page delete abilities based on my setup of the ?action=delete markup in my template). This works great, and he can set user permissions (set by group name) with no difficulties, however, once he has set a read permission on the page(he has membership in all the groups he is adding, and is only changing the "read" permissions), he loses the ability to modify attr or delete the page.  Admin accounts don't replicate this behavior.  Any ideas?
