[pmwiki-users] PmWiki 2.1.0 released-Fatal error

Make this that a script with a version more recent than 
scripts/version.php runs up the flag, rather than any mis-match.

Subversion looks useful, but I'm using my brain time learning PmWiki. 
Anything more than three clicks is too complicated at the moment. Maybe 
in a few months.
