Well, FWIW in the ByExample page and in FarmSecurity page (which I
rewrote last night and today) there isn't any special name for a wiki
that's not a home wiki.

It's easier than I anticipated just to say all wikis are wikis, and
one that's installed int the same directory as the software needs a
bit of special consideration.

Here are two more that seem to be settled out:

Farm's pub/ directory (The pub/ directory that corresponds to $FarmPubDirUrl)
Farm's cookbook/ directory (The cookbook/ subdirectory of the
directory where pmwiki.php is located)
