[pmwiki-users] Rendering problem: \" instead of "

I thought I'd seen this problem referenced on the list, but can't find it.

I'm using 2.1.1.  

I'm typing this to create links with quoted text:

[[... is "question."]]

[[... is "question-visual rhetoric."]]

But it translates to this:

is \"question.\"

is \"question-visual rhetoric.\" 

How do we get rid of the \?
