The automatic-listing-of-faq only scans page that are in
the DocumentationIndex.  So, since the AccessKeys page isn't
listed in the DocumentationIndex (yet?), any questions placed
there won't appear.

We can either add the AccessKeys to the DocumentationIndex, or
change the FAQ page to search the entire PmWiki.* group instead
of just the DocumentationIndex trail.  I think I prefer to use
the trail, since it will automatically order the questions in
a somewhat logical sequence (i.e., the same sequence as the trail).
