Short answer:  [[PmWiki/WikiGroup]]s is fine (preferred) in this case.

Long answer:  When linking from a PmWiki documentation page to the
Cookbook, it's important to use InterMap links because the cookbook
pages aren't part of the distribution, thus [[Cookbook/Somepage]]
will result in a broken link.

When linking from a cookbook page to the PmWiki group, we know we're
on the pmwiki.org site so normal page links are safe.
