[pmwiki-users] large file uploads

I have a client who wants to upload large movie files to their wiki
site--some are larger than 10mb.

Regardless of the UploadMaxSize parameter in uploads.php, some larger files
fail silently--no error message, but the file doesn't go up. I suspect this
is an Apache configuration/browser timeout problem unrelated to PmWiki,
although it might be a PHP thing too.

Any suggestions?  Some kind of page-level upload plugin that could be used
to upload large files to a PmWiki site?
