Hm.  I may have been wrong.  I have quite a number of admin pages in
the non-exalted.d groups that actually do need to live in exalted.d,
and that fragment is making it not work properly.

I think I'm going to put the shared admin pages in the wikifarm's
wiki.d, the way that wikifarms used to work back in the day. 
Ironically, that should actually work better for this setup.
