[pmwiki-users] want opinions on a new cookbook recipe format

For the time being I think the fact that it is first gives it
sufficient prominence.  I'm not a big fan of making things bold.

If it's meaningless, a recipe can always remove it.  But I think in
the general case having Votes: as a popularity indicator can be a very
useful thing -- not for the purposes of distinguishing "good recipes" 
from "bad recipes", but simply so that we have a measure of what
the population of sites is using.  For a newcomer, it will help to
know which recipes are most popularly used (and thus most likely
to be supported), for people working on advanced features or PmWiki
itself, it helps to know what the "community" sees as important.

In fact, I was even thinking about enabling a variant of the
Cookbook.Voting recipe for pages to make it easier to vote -- see 
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/RandomQuote for an example of
the voting link and let me know what you think.
