Site.AuthUser is a wiki page -- you create and maintain it from
within the wiki:

    http://192.168.0.2/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Site/AuthUser?action=edit

So, remove the Site.AuthUser file you created, then go edit the
Site.AuthUser page.
